As project controls manager/lead planning engineer I am responsible for managing cost and time of all projects under the PMCM services.My role involves :-

Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering, Planning and Project Management skills with broad experience establishing, maintaining, promoting, and continuous development of planning systems, policies, procedures, guidelines and projects progress and planning audit, for both pre-contract & post-contract construction services. Major contribution of first Building Services Planning Manual through utilizing the contractors field expertise to establish a proper building services understanding and planning analysis.
Responsible for supervising the set-up, development, maintenance and monitoring of thedetailed project execution schedules; Responsible for the establishment of the Project Schedule Baseline and subsequentrevisions by maintaining an audit trail of schedule development and incorporation ofschedule trends; Interrogating inter-discipline schedule requirements / restraints to ensure logical worksequences across all disciplines of the project and co-ordinate the plan formulation acrossthe entire project;

Organisational / managerial skills
I have had 13+ years of work experience in Project Planning & Scheduling using MSP / Primavera 6 and had experience in various development of Project Charters, Project Scope Statement & Project Management Plan for Initialization, Planning & Execution, updating & scheduling program on weekly basis, delay analysis (Effect & Impact on Schedule), mitigation & acceleration plans using Primavera 6, preparing EOT’s and close project.
An experienced certified professional, with over six (6) years experience cutting across engineering, construction, maintenance, project planning and project management, seeks to offer seasoned project engineering, management and inspection skills. Also seeks to provide technical leadership skills at a challenging post that contributes to building enhanced knowledge base and product services.
