Julie Owen, PSP, CCP has over twenty five years of experience in project management, project control, cost engineering, scheduling, contract administration and schedule delay claim analysis. She works as Senior Project Controls Manager for Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Agency managing the $36 billion over 30 year initiative to improve Los Angeles County transportation infrastructure.

I am currently a Senior Forensic Planner, and have worked over various industries, from Building to High-rise to Power plants and the list is comprehensive, so at the outset, my skill of absorbing new technologies is very good.
