Perform cost, schedule, and EVM assessments of major weapon systems, NASA, Department of Homeland Security, and other civil agency programs. Proficient in life cycle cost estimating, earned value management and scheduling. Authored best practice guides in cost estimating, scheduling, technology readiness assessments, and soon will publish a best practices guide on using the Agile method for development.
