- Lead all the planning, scheduling, estimating and cost control activities related to projects.
- Monitor Contractor’s schedule & performance, reports, cost estimates for variations.
- Negotiate costs for variation scopes with contractors.
- Preparation of Project Cost estimates/budgets, Cost Control reports & Project Schedules.
- Allocate and manage Cost codes required for the projects.
