Duties included preparing an EPC Level 6 schedule of works on PSN6 Project Management software which is similar to Primavera; preparing schedule of demolition works of the old Sursock Castle after dismantling all luxurious accessories; scheduling works for deep excavation on various aggregate site in a busy high-traffic area, then nailing and piling walls; conducting site progress and coordination meetings with subcontractors and construction team to coordinate work sequence with the overall project plan, and assuming follow-up of the consented upon sc

Involved in the team responsible for tendering, scheduling, resource coordination and budgeting.

• Overall responsibility for all tenders completed (build & civils)
• Management of an estimating team
• Preparation and submission of tenders for the company
• Liaison with the Senior Management Team
• The role will include the preparation of tender pre-qualifications & submissions
• Take off and preparation of materials and sub contract schedules.
• Build up of Labour, Materials & Plant costs
• Risk assessment and value engineering of projects.
• Understanding / knowledge of various contract conditions.
