Zimbabwe - Angwa Centre - Harare. Sent to set up a Design & Build project for the Mining Industry Pension Fund. Two levels of retail, two levels parking and 13 levels of offices. Fastest building to be built in Zimbabwe from inception to completion. Responsibel for design programme, construction programme, managing the demolitions of existing buildings, obtaining permits, purchasing major plant and equipment.
