Prepare project schedules by Critical Path Method including activity duration estimates, man-hours loading, Work Breakdown Structure, progress S-curve, monthly cash flow, and obtain approval of the Project Manager.

Prepare independent progress analysis for the project manager; establishes contractor milestones or control points; co-ordinates the intra Company interface; etc.

• Adapted and developed preliminary work breakdown structures (WBS) to suit the specific job scope
