- Prepare project time schedule for subdivision development for low cost & middle cost housing project.
- Supervise group of AutoCAD operators in preparing subdivision development plan and residential building plan.
- Estimate and prepare bill of materials for residential and subdivision development.
Scope management, change order management, controlling design and procurement processes, establishing preliminary budget and detailed (lvl-5) project schedule with P6, establishing financial projections for various scenarios of the project, establishing what-if scenarios for the overall EPC contractors’ mobilisation schemes, preparing master schedules for ITB Packages, finalizing project management plan, defining project control parameters, integrating P6 schedule database with ERP System.
Preparing estimations and bid packages for several “Housing Development Administration of Turkey” projects
Preparing preliminary budgets and schedules of the awarded projects, supporting site project control team, preparing and submitting client and management reports, coordinating and organizing procurement activities for proper material deliveries to Iraq and Afghanistan.
