i am the company planner for Brydenwood and IBP. working on allc of their projects to help develope and monitor design programmes for enhanced delivery and assist with developing and proving design concepts.

Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms Conduct field scoping to clarify scope as required. Understand WBS structure, and work with management and project/maintenance team in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and project control. Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software. Understand contractual matter, earn value method, familiar with scope management and change control.

Novice with project scheduling software and establishment of detailed scheduling, which indicates the completion of major project milestone dates 

I am responsible for leading and supporting the review and assurance of nuclear decommissioning, new construction and infrastructure projects ranging from a few £Ms to many £100Ms.
