This program is designed to ensure the uninterrupted operation of our facilities, extending their lifespan while minimizing downtime and associated costs. One critical aspect of managing this program involves scheduling repairs and maintenance activities in a well-structured manner.

Key interface with Client Rep. Managing the Project Controls Department for Infrastructure works

• Leads in development of the EPCI baseline schedule from bid to Commissioning stages and assisting PMO for cost & schedule part of Projects.
• Develop/review various Project Controls Procedures and Progress Measurement Methods as per the Company/Project requirements.
• Develop/Review Resource and cost budget loaded Project Schedule Program and highlight critical resources/activities to PMO.
• Prepare and monitor discipline wise Curves with early and late dates for projects in terms of cost/labor with Manning histograms through primavera to forecast Manpower require

• Board member of Laguna Gold Mortgage as Real Estate Salesperson support and Responsible Managing Officer Employee for 50-Year-old Family Owned Engineering and Construction company for Design Build Engineered Steel Projects, Hotel Development & Ownership, Oil & Gas, Retail Centers, Custom Homes, Energy Efficiency, and Solar.

• Undertook effective project cost analysis
