§  Manages the company’s planning engineers assigned at various district cooling, commercial and military aviation fuel facilities, and oil and gas project sites.

§  Provides leadership in establishing critical paths, cost and resource loading schedules, identifying schedule issues and concerns, and recommending mitigation.

§  Prepares client and management reports, cost and resource-loaded programmes and its corresponding S-curves and histograms.

1. Responsible For The Development Of for construction, Schedule.
2. Take The Lead In The Creation Of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) And Development Of Schedules And Budget Data (Including Resource Loading) For Those WBS Elements.
   Analyzes Unit Rates To The Extent That The Estimate To Complete Unit Rates Is Well Understood And Defendable.
3. Analyzes Schedule Progress And Performance And Identifies Developing Problem Areas.
   Assembles And Compiles Schedule And Cost Data And Inputs Into The Project Control Database And Provide Output To The Project Team.

I joined DGA (UK) Ltd in 2007 and have been working as a Programming Consultant, I am currently working closely with the Senior Management Team of BK Gulf LLC on various projects in the UAE – I have been tasked with improving the standard of planning in the company. The role includes the introduction of bespoke project control tools and the training the company planners in scheduling techniques.

Balfour Kilpatrick – Planning Engineer to Technical Services Manager

Technical Services Manager for the Southern Region of Balfour Kilpatrick. In this role I had responsibility for all Planning, Quality, Environmental and Risk Management functions along with a large involvement in the Commercial functions for the region.
