I'm a member of the Construction Solutions practice (FTI Consulting Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment) in Toronto, Canada. I have approximately 20 years of experience in the construction industry, which includes 9 years specializing in contract management and dispute resolution.

-Various types of projects, including: housing, schools, hotels, mixed-use developments, pipelines, baggage handling systems, etc. (execution and post-execution phases)
-Involved in international arbitrations and in adjudications, assisting the appointed delay expert

1. Supervising and superintending the day to day site activities to deliver production to the maximum rate with the required satisfying level of quality according to the project specs.
2. Coordinating the materials (Formworks) recycle plan within the site to put them at the maximum level of efficiency
I worked within the Discrete Solution Business Unit (SBU) and reviewed the successful SAP sales process and also reviewed the SBU's internal procedures. This required interviews/meetings with all of the Account Managers, Account Executives, Education and Consultancy Departments, Solution 2000 team and the ValueSAP team. One of the outcomes is the implementation of a temporary Bid Management Process until the corporate process is rolled out.
Programme expert appointed on a ground improvement scheme in Sheppey, including the provision of new roads. Undertook the analysis and quantification of the delays on behalf of the contractor, and prepared a written report.
Analysis of planned and as-built programmes and delay events on a project extending Docklands Light Railway to accommodate three-car trains;
Programme expert appointed on behalf of the Employer in connection with a dispute regarding the construction and refurbishment of an existing school in Sheffield. Provided expert report for adjudication proceedings.
Programme expert appointed on behalf of the Employer in connection with a dispute regarding the construction of residential apartments in Leeds. Provided expert report in readiness for adjudication proceedings.

Responsible for the preparation of Level 1 Summary and Level 2 Critical Path Networks and Bar charts for Feasibility Studies, Design Development and Construction.
The setting up of a cost control database for the North West Rail Zone, including Budget figures, Cash flow projections and cost monitoring.
The production and analysis of cost and schedule risk assessment models.
Employed through Railtrack Headquarters as the Zonal liaison. Responsible for delivering the North West Zone’s Incremental Output Statement programme and the Modern Facilities at Stations programme. The Incremental Output Statement programme was a Strategic Rail Authority initiative to provide enhancements to the rail network. The North West Zone’s programme included 36 schemes, 12 of which were progressed to full feasibility studies, the remainder were carried out as desktop studies within North West Zone.
