Currnetly working as an Assoicate Planner Scheduler at Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR) Energy and Hydro Carbons division (E&C). Previous background using priopetary custom applicaitons software to run construction earned value and percent completes, Exporting actula finish date and physical percent complete to Primavera 6 software. Anaylzed period performances (Weekly & Year to Date) and made recommendations as needed to improve efficiencies on capital projects. Combination of lump sum and time and material accounts.
Quantity Surveyor / Responsible for providing quantity calculations of project items use for billing certificates and estimates quantities needed for the implementation of project especially volume of concrete and weight of steel. Responsible in bar bending scheduling of Bridge, Retaining Wall, Girders, Piles, NJB and other precast structures, and responsible in preparing shop drawings of structures and steel reinforcement detailing using AutoCAD (2D).
