Involved in management of the Project Controls Department including planning, cost control, risk management, proposals, budget, invoicing, progress/ status reports and support to contracts management
Spearhead operations of the Project Controls Department encompassing activities like planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, cash flow, budgeting and reporting across multiple large projects (valued SAR 3+ Billion) for Aramco and TOTAL
- Project Controls Manager in PMO in charge of SAR 4.2 Billion MOI Housing Project including 3 sites with 2700 units.
-Prepare a project work breakdown structure and plan / schedule which is capable of delivering the project objectives and providing effective project performance measurement and reporting
-To develop the appropriate quality plan / schedule in line with the project scheduling principles and processes.
-Monitor and progress the plan / schedule and make changes as required. Develop recovery schedules and contingency plans in order to meet changed objectives as necessary.
