Project Planning; Cost control; Performance Monitoring; Project Control

Coordinate with project team to develop the project work breakdown structure, schedule, time/resource estimates , weights, and baselines/s-curves

Do the necessary effort to close any issues with Customer regarding project planning & control

Assist in the different type of plans required by the department

Coordinate with project team to collect data regarding project progress and consolidate the report as per agreed formats with Customer

Coordination with project team and subcontractor to obtain subcontractors schedules in time

Numerous residential, commercial and industrial buildings and other and electrical, civil and mechanical projects.

Schedule planning and development of power station Turbine maintenance projects schedules

Develop and distribute project status reports and S Curves

Conduct schedule closeout
