Since Oct 06 I am working with ESSAR ENGINEERING SERVICES Ltd, Hazira for our 5 MTPA Steel expansion project. Responsible for the various activities such as erection & commissioning, business development, Project co-ordination, project scheduling & monitoring to achieve overall goal of project execution within the budget & schedule.

Project Planning & Scheduling: • Prepare Contract Program complete with full resource and cost loading and later continuously monitor and update the same i.e, Project Schedule/Contract Program. • Prepare weekly reports of actual progress against planned progress – ‘S’ curves, Manpower histogram, Status report and other as required by management. • Prepare and continuously update as built Program including maintaining record of actual resources employed.

The copmany is one the largest in Singapore and I was managing Lewek Constellation, The Lewek Constellation is an ice-class, DP3, multi-lay vessel with heavy lift capabilities. It has superior maneuverability and a high transit speed with a multi-lay system that can support both rigid and non-rigid pipelines.The vessel has a 3,000 MT heavy lift crane that includes Active Heave Compensation capabilities.
