In Charge of all strategic Planning for the 10 Billion Dhs Development of Downtown Jebel Ali by Limitless [a sister company of Nakheel], it comprises the building of a 200 multi-storey mixed use Towers, 7 District Cooling Plant, 7 Substations (132 kv), 4 Metro Stations and 7 Plazas over the next 5 years, as well as the coordination between Towers Constructions and the Infrastructure work from Design Procurement phases to handover stage.

Lead Project Planning Role, Setting up detailed schedules in accordance to the share holders requirement, progressing reporting and monitoring.
