I am currently working as Lead planner in Parsons & Brinckorhoff for Qtar Rail project at Doha Qatar.

Qatar Rail project is a multi billion dollar project .

I am responssible for Programme analysis, progress monitoring, delay analysis, Overall progress analysis for Tunneling & Station construction progress.

Use Primavera 8.2 ,TILOS as programming software. 

• Plan, monitor and control the development of the project scheduling requirements including; development of early work schedule, baseline master schedule, progress measurement, forecasting, maintenance of the Page3current schedule, resource and manpower planning, the reporting of variances from plan and the development of recovery plans for consideration by the Project Manager.
