Senior Planner within a 5-strong team acting on behalf of the client during the tender phase. My main focus of work was on the rail element of works (approx 670km single track, including approx 30km of tunnels)

MSP services to BAA for managing 5-year programme of capital works at Heathrow Airport, UK.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead Planner on behalf of BAA for a number of projects within their "Portfolio of Projects" sub-programme.

     Assisting the Planning Manager in preparation of the Updated Program.  

To implement, manage and monitor the planning of project activities across the Utility Services portfolio of projects. Resource monitoring and reporting.

v  Experience in Detailed Engineering Coordination activities for OIL & GAS, Petrochemicals Industries.

v  Expertise in conducting & coordinating project activities, estimation & costing, tender evaluation & contract management with a flair for adopting modern methodologies.

v  Good experience in Reviewing Documents and Separating the Client Comments forwarding to Sub contractors.

v  Experience in Detailed Engineering Coordination activities for OIL & GAS, Petrochemicals Industries.

Roles na dresponsibilities include overseeing of planning on Cleveland Clinic, from Tender stage through to completion and handover. Weekly progress reporting and updating of planning, identification of constraints, risks to project completion. Analysis of delays and compilation of claim documantation.
