Junior Project Planner/Scheduler responsible for the administration and Coordination of the Planning, Schedule. Maintain the schedule baselines and progress base to reflect the current job scope. Working closely with the Project Director/Project Manager whilst liaising with corporate management regarding project performance against plans, particularly in relation to schedule documentation.

1. Develop the Baseline schedule in line with contract specifications, drawings and BOQ items with cost.
2. Detailed micro scheduling and estimating of quantities, resources and duration of activities
3. Tracking & controlling the baseline schedule indicating project schedule performance (EV/PV)
4. Preparing the daily, weekly & monthly progress reports for consultant and management
5. Develop the Project S-curve budget, resources plan/histogram, expenditure & forecast bill
6. Prepare and submit the monthly bill or invoice for payment.
