Preparation of Project schedules & Bid Schedules as per standard activity list and WBS structure, with technical logical sequence. Liaise with relevant department and confirm their commitments in schedule. Freeze the baseline after approval from Project Manager/Customer after resource leveling.
Carry out basic Estimation for the project schedule as per the Standard norms.
