I/E Planner for the construction of the Thebaud Topsides Facilities for the Sable Gas Platform at Kvaerner’s Port Clarence yard. Responsible for updating the P3 plans, cable schedules and job cards etc. to produce weekly productivity and progress reports by discipline.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation, submission and updating of the project master program
• Recording progress of the project by comparing with the target project.
• Submit weekly and monthly progress reports.

• 2 Nos. G+6 Buildings (Sharjah)
• Structural Steel (Fabricated) Factory at Umm Al Quwain Industrial Area

Project Description

To install additional capacity for, and transfer of, toothpaste & mouthwash production from 2 donor factories, to allow rationalisation, plus numerous smaller projects along similar lines.

Role & Responsibilities

Planning and reporting of installation works, enabling works (logistical process changes, toothpaste formulation development and product rationalisation), and managed transfer of production

Turnarounds Lead Estimator/Scheduler

Created Baseline for Master Schedule and Narrative Schedule.

Writing Monthly Report and Monitoring Schedule.

Cost Estimate for Evaluated Sub Contractor and NewItem on Site.
