Recently I've developed a multivariable control strategy for scheduling control at the Valero Aruba Refinery by setting up the project management tool Primavera P4 program for planning and scheduling standardization, using project codes, activity codes, Refinery resources, layouts and reports. Through these efforts the scheduler can schedule its project in a timely matter and customize any type of reports before, during and after a Turnaround or Project for field execution team or management team.
1- Expert knowledge in preparing the planning requirements as:
A- Preparing schedule using primavera project planning 3 and 6.
B- Resources loading, resources leveling and histograms.
C- Monitoring work progress using The KPIs (Key performance indicator), D- tracking Projects and Manpower requirement.
Current Role To provide planning support to High level waste plants based at Sellafield Ltd, Cumbria.
Summary of Experience
Prepared the re-baseline of the original schedule of >7,500 activities, including claims analysis, critical path analysis, forensic documentation, new histograms, and curves to be approved by theclient.Prepare turn over schedules& commissioning schedules . Integrated the contractors’ schedules to the main project schedule. In charge of creating the system schedule (turnover schedule) for a one thousand million dollar project.
