• Main Unit planner and scheduler for Crude, Vacuum and Hydrocracker Process Units, site preparation and common areas. (purchasing and subcontracts) Engineering, Procurement and Construction, Overall responsibilities for those units,
• Monthly report for client and weekly internal. Project is 3.4 billion US$ and 29000000 Man-hours. using Primavera P6, engineering, procurement (level 5 E and P and level 3 for C). Development level 4 construction. Support to the preparation and issuing of monthly reports to project management. Weekly and monthly meeting. Weekly and Monthly reporting
Turn around project 40 days for Valero Houston refinery, scheduling activities using P6 updating existing schedules, Adding works changes into the schedule and deleting works out of scope, resources leveling, Interface the information between cost department using TTMC cost system as integration tool with SAP and Primavera, and planning department, reporting S-curves per subcontractor, per WO, per WBS as required per management from P6.
Civil engineering, building construction and planning experience gained over 20 years working in various levels and roles in the United Kingdom and Southern Africa.
Civil Engineer qualified to MSc level. Construction and project management experience in the UK (+10yrs) and southern Africa (+10yrs). Sectors worked in - highways, railway, renewables, building, civil engineering and high rise construction.
Over 6 years planning experience using MSP, Suretrak and P6, working knowledge of Asta Powerproject.
v Developing Level I, II, III Schedule and Micro Schedule in Primavera & MS Projects.
v Calculating Resource requirements like manpower and Plant & Machinery requirements for the Estimation in ITB.
v Liquidating the Project quantitatively across the duration as per schedule.
v Micro- scheduling (Level-4) & Plan development for the site for specific locations and specified activity.
