- Managed Planning/Scheduling, Cost Controls, Technical Engineering, Documents Controls/Contract Management using Aconex/ Primavera Contract Manager (PCM Rev 14) and Contracts’ Time Extension/ Cost claims; managed department of 1 Production Control Manager, 2 Area Planning Managers, 70 Senior/Planning Engineers, and 12 Cost Control Engineers

A.Tasked as consultant in Reviewing, approving and implementing Consortium Contractor project Plan and Schedule which are but not limited to:

Sixteen years of Domestic and International experience in engineering, construction and procurement projects as Planning and Control Engineer. Experience includes also the evaluation of solicited proposals, tenders, and tender vetting, for construction-planning, construction, and technical inspection. Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Start-up Control (EPC-EPCM).

As a project foreman (1992 to 1993 ), I was tasked  as a team leader for the execution of Civil and architectural works such as :

Working As a Planning Engineer, The main duteis are Schedule the job as per Cleints release, Prepare Minutes Of Meeting, Moniter the Job and report Daily Weekly and Monthly progress, invoicing and Claim as per the progress. control the project by tchecking the deviation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

working as junior planning engineer in Dhabi Contracting LLC in Abu Dhabi -Ghyasi Project - 433 villas 

Managing a Team of 14 Planners ensuring best Planning Practices were being applied to a £150m per year Capital programme

Provision of Earned Value data to the Senior Management and ensuring that issues were highlighted and actions allocated when recovery was needed.

Involved in inward auditing of schedules as well as being the point of contact for Earned Value audits held by National Grid

CAREER OBJECTIVE

I have a total professional experience of 3+ years in Project planning, cost monitoring, Scheduling & Control, Project management.
Presently working as a Project Engineer at Trans tech Projects Pvt Ltd, Pune,India.

My Goal in life is to serve Industry & be an A+ certified Project Manager.
