Project Planning Engineer

My responsibilities in this project include preparation of baseline program based on BOQ, Design Drawings and Specifications. Update of project schedule, monitoring of project progress at site, attend risk and progress meetings, preparation of project weekly & monthly reports, attend lessons learned meetings, manage subcontractor schedule and schedule updates, preparation of extension of time claims and participate in technical meeting, prepare and update issue logs. Generate acceleration schedule to mitigate delay and slippages.

Planning Engineer-HLG, Prepare Level 4 Construction Schedule, Key Performace indicators, Weekly Progress reports updates.

• q  Ensure estimating, planning & cost practices are undertaken in accordance with requirements and procedures
• q  Ensures deliverable due dates
• q  Facilitates and provides analyses of all project controls deliverables.
• q  Based on that analyses, ensures that the proper forecasts are applied to schedule and cost reports

•     Provide project control support to the projects in terms of planning, schedule and project reporting and progress & performance monitoring and systems. 

•     Enforce the compliance of project control systems, standards and procedures in particular planning and scheduling, and the best project control practices for consistency and uniformity.
