-Preparation of Project Status Reports (Monthly, Weekly & Daily Reports), Updating Project Schedule & Preparation of Project Invoices

• HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) Plant / Kermanshah-Uhde (Germany)/Sazeh Joint venture, Project Phases: Engineering, Procurement, Construction.

-Preparing Project WBS & CBS , Detail Schedule, Updating, Monitoring & Analyzing Schedule, Reporting Project Status, Preparing Recovery Plan.
