Supervising executing the following:
§ Multi purpose sports hall ( 60 m x 60 m )
§ Squash courts hall
§ Olympic swimming complex including :
o Demolition of old swimming and diving pools
o Swimming pool ( 50 x 25 x 2.50 m )
o Diving pool ( 18 x 18 x 6 m )
§ Construction of reinforced concrete shafts.
§ Sinking shafts as caissons under free and compressed air pressure.
§ Diversion of public utilities (Electricity, Gas, Water, Telephone, Sewage...).
§ Driving tunnel (2.87 m - 2.20 m I.D.) with Earth Balance Machines (Tunnel Boring Machines).
§ Erection of the primary tunnel lining (Reinforced concrete segments).
§ Establishing and implementing a full management system in the company, including an information flow system, a recording system, time and cost monitoring system using Primavera and Excel as base.
§ Planning the project execution using the CPM, and monitoring the progress through time and cost control using Primavera and Excel.
Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports associated with an analysis to the status of the project and recommendations for any deficiency.
§ Implementation of all procedures to assure that the company is informed with any business opportunity and to ensure positive participation of the company in any project compatible with the company strategy.
Producing estimates for projects outside Egypt in tender stage and preparing all tender documentation.
§ Establishing, maintaining and monitoring the fully detailed schedule of the project, including resource loading for activities, using “Primavera P3”.
§ Producing "what-if" scenarios of the schedule and proposing amendments and alternatives to construction methods, as and when required, to maintain project targets.
§ Head up and lead the team of skilled planners working on the projects valued at 2.5+ Billion AED including:
o Project comprising of 2 Hotel Towers, 7 Residential Towers, Parking Building, Club House and Swimming Pools at Palm Jumeirah Dubai.
o Project comprising of 2 high rise towers, podium and 2 parking buildings
§ Full Communication with Clients and Senior Management
