Producing master programme, progressing and working the plan, supervising 7 planners and assistants. Accommodating significant changes to scope and budget, rebaselining the programme annually.

Leading a team of Planners and engaged in the Client / Sub contractors Scheduling and Controlling, Preparation of Time Impact Programs, Detailed monitoring of KPI of the Individual Trades in progress etc.

A Certified PMP from PMI USA  and certified PSP from AACEI, USA.

•     Prepare and maintain CPM resource loaded programs for all phases of the engineering, procurement and construction work.

•     Prepare the daily progress reports for head office & for the consultant.

•     Prepare daily / weekly and monthly progress reports.

•     Based on updated progress, update the Project Level – III plan & import into DPMS software.

• Preparation of Strategic Programme & Integrated Project  Master Schedules for all the types of Buildings, Mixed Use Development, Golf Course (Leisure), Aerospace Cluster, Towers, Infrastructure for all phases including Critical path analysis with Oracle Primavera 6.
• Pre-Construction (Engineering Design/Procurement), Construction and Commissioning, programmes including Critical Interfaces for all types of projects.
• Forensic Delay Analysis of Claim submissionby the Contractor for Extension of Time recommendation

Resonsible for deployment and maintenance of copper, fibre and radio links globally

Planning,  Scheduling,  Progress  Tracking  Updating,  Monitoring,  Controlling  ,  Reporting  &    TIA    (Time Impact Analysis)

·         Developing detailed project schedules with cost loading and ensure consistency with contract documents (Conditions of Contract, Specifications, Bill of Quantities, Drawings, …)

·         Identifying the major milestones, critical approvals and long lead procurement items

·         Analysing gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concerns which required action of the associate task member.
