Project Planning/Schedule
Assist in the development and maintenance of the Construction part of a predifined EP schedule, Level 2 and above. Assist in the development and maintenance of the Early Works and Mobilization schedule of the project. Progress monitoring and reporting on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.

Duties include the setup, structure, administration and security of both Primavera P6 and Artemis Project View.
Also assisted in the implementation of Project Genesis (replacement of all legacy systems) across BAE (Barrow & Southern Sites). Day to day duties also require me to set, monitor and cover an in-house developed ‘Job Scheduler’. This enables batched jobs to be run out of hours to minimise downtime on the Planning Systems databases.

A planning engineer has one of the most important roles in construction: developing the best methods for construction activities, and determining the optimal sequence of operations on the construction site. Planning engineers are responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed within set deadlines, on budget, and in line with all the relevant safety standards and regulations.
Project Planner for Network Rail on the WCRM Rugby Station New Ticket Office project and the Birmingham New Street Gateway Project, Option Development Stage. Producing and progressing costed programmes in liaison with the project manager, engineers and the sub-contractors planner.
Contract Project Planner for Amey on the Highways Agency MAC 9 contract. Producing, progressing and monitoring a variety of programmes for the Small Works Roads and Structures portfolios, in liaison with the engineers, designers and project managers. Also, preparing and issuing periodic reports and statistics from Primavera to monitor baseline against current data and new projects brought in via change control.
•Worked with Primavera Project Planner for Enterprise P3e/c 5.0 Software for Implementing the Product to Various clients.
•Setup the Primavera Software to Client as per the Corporate & Project requirements such as Standalone Installation & Concurrent Type Installation, Formatting Units, Dates, Currency, Profile, Calculation, filter, Group & Sort Setup.
•Implementation of Primavera P3e 5.0 setup as per corporate project Setup requirement by client such as Structure the EPS, OBS, User defined, Calendar, Project Codes, Creating Resource & Role Master data, Resource codes, Budget estimation.
