The Base project consists of two liquefied natural gas (LNG) production trains, a domestic gas processing plant and condensate processing facilities, with supporting utilities, product storage, product loading facilities (PLF), material offloading facilities (MOF), and other infrastructure.

Tasks:

DEME is a company activating in dredging industry which is involve in WHEATSTONE – Australia project in order to provide safe access to shipping during, both, the construction and operations phase of the base project.

  • Monitoring Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress against the planned quantum.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
  • Identify and review regularly critical and sub-critical activities.
  • Preparing Monthly Budget and Presentation.
  • Conducting periodic meetings with site Engineers and Supervisors
  • Preparing Organization Chart.
  • Preparing BAR CHART for the completion of Project showing individual activities in detail.
  • Prepare reconciliations between earlier and as built schedule
