Lead Planner at a very large Insurance company. we have manage around 800 projects each year and use Primavera as our scheduling too. I manage a team of planners that work with the Data Strategies for this company. we currently have over 70 projects within my span of control. I review schedules prior to baselining for quality, I meet monthly with the Planner, Project manager and Lead business Analysis to go over the health of the project. We disucss budget, timing and scope.

Over Nine years of experience in the construction field. I am capable of working on a wide range of projects, particularly in the section of Quantity Survey, Planning & Project management in mainly National Highways and State Highways.

-Prepare planning reports for tender submittals

-Prepare detailed programs & reports for assigned projects

-Assist with Project Management

-Preparation and documentation of reports of interest to Project stakeholders showing the status & health of the project

-Forecasting the project parameters
