Job Scope

• Functionally reporting to the assigned Project Managers and administratively reporting to the Planning Manager.
• Responsible to provide overall status of all assigned projects i.e. to prepare, development and maintain project summary schedu

1.      Head of the Project Planning Department ( Managing and Monitoring all Scheduling activities of the Project and cost recording)

2.      Developing Master Schedule (work in the Company head office and on site)

3.      Developing Work Execution Schedule

4.      Coordination with the Client for implementation of the Client’s requirements

5.      Determine Resources for planned works

§  Producing estimates for projects in all stages from conceptual planning to fully detailed estimates for the construction phase using Timberline.

§  Planning and controlling construction projects using control tools such as CPM time and resource scheduling using PRIMAVERA, and the Document Management System using Expedition.

Coordinating the projects on-site and off-site resources such as procurement, accounting, etc, to ensure accomplishing the projects most efficiently.

Supervise & manage Jr.

• Diffuse proven planning methods to planners
