In NCR the Transition Manager introduces new Customers or new Technologies.

This has involved: introducing a new Contract for OCBC bank in Singapore.  Improving the level of Services to NAB Bank in Australia.  Developing new Software Tools for Project Management in two banks.  Setting up help desk systems, and introducing Smart ATMs. 

I have been scheduling and estimating for contracting and engineering firms associated with the Industrial market since 2011.

Ø  Planning and scheduling, Developing and updating Project Control and Progress Measurement Methodology, Establishing and maintaining the projects plans and ensure that all plans are consistent for both parallel running projects. Review Vendor schedules and identifying the critical path.
