Role

Responsible for delivering a complete planning capability, provide a wider project controls, programme/project management support to any area of the business ensuring deliverables are achieved safely, to time, cost and quality.

Duties

Help drive the development of and implementation of best planning principles, processes and procedures across the business so resoruce requirements can be accurately identified, controlled and forecasted to minimise time and cost overruns.

Program portfolio management and front end project controls set up.

Corporate process and procedures development and updates and audit undertakings.

Provide forensic and planning support to projects.

Progress reports and performance review and analysis.

Trend and variance analysis, cost and time forecasting.

Schedule development (Tender and Implementation) with risk and opportunities accounted.

Development of Project Controls Plan, Basis of Schedule document, Construction methodology document, input to project execution plan.

Ø  Evaluation and complete assessment of the project delay and effective Claim analysis for the project extension

Ø  Planning, Scheduling and preparation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
