• Working with a senior planner develop a fully resources execution schedule to BHPBIO requirement for the $700 million 24 berth Tug Harbour in Port Hedland with supporting land facilities.
• „  Integration of scope changes and What-If Scenarios to identify potential savings and or recovery to schedule durations and costs.

• Prepare L-2, L-3Network for Construction activities
• Prepare Preliminary schedule for EPC Project
• Prepare revised schedules.

àReviewing & reporting

I developed Hyder's design programme, with regular meetings with the contractor to determine the critical tasks.

I then imported all other design disiplines programmes to produce an integrated programme for the delivery of a bid programme.

Hyder won the tender.
