• Development of a Change management Database that captures all Changes, Site Instructions and Variations.

• Managing & Training of Jnr. Quantity Surveyors in Piping Measurements and Norms, System Management, Site-Instructions and Modifications to Site.

Project Monitoring with the help of Functional Schedule , Drawing and Document Schedule,  ‘S’ curves ,  Progress Reports, Activity list ,Variance report, Procurement Status Reports, Productivity analysis reports, Manpower Projection, Manhour Summary report.

Prepare Chart of Accounts (COA), Project Invoice, Cash Flow, Budgeting, Resource Histograms etc from Estimating metrics.
