Senior Planning Consultant, part of the Programme Assurance and Project Controls Team for National Grid’s Integrated Security Solution portfolio of projects. In charge of all the Gas Distribution ISS projects. Responsibilities include maintain and update plan during the design phase. Evaluate Construction plan submitted by contractors during tender. Liaise with contractors and site team during construction to check and assure the submitted monthly updates.

Project Controls Manager for an EPCM System Integration (Extreme Low Voltage) of SCADA, PAGA, IT/Telecom and Entertainment systems for the ZADCO's Upper Zakum field developing on the four artificial islands in Abu Dhabi plan, the project having a current value of $ 36 million.
In charge of overall Project Controls, including cost estimation for the contract addendum with the result of increasing the project cost from 10M, schedule developing, progress reporting, forecasting, budget review, cash flow development, profit/loss analysis, change management and document controls processes.
