Responsible for developing client programmes for electricity and gas infrastructure projects which are compliant to NEC3.
Schedules developed from directional setting, and cost loaded / out-turn prices developed. Critical path established in advance of tendering.
Tender programmes reviewed against submissions from contractors, strengths and weakness to NEC compliance is assessed, and contractors awarded.

· Preparation and Implementation of workflow procedure for Cost Control.
