Project Manager for large CCR unit Turnaround. Responsible for ‘Design’ phase, through to ‘Select’ and ‘Define’ stages. Scope included large Reactor Catalyst changes, large Heater Inspection, Column repairs and Heat Exchanger Inspections. I manage a team of 50 staff providing the planning and project support for the 2000 employees and projects at the edinburgh site. The four POMships deliver the planning service to each of the sites business areas while the central team supports this activity and pioneers system and process improvements.
Paul rejoined MWH in 2004 and over the last 6 years progressed from Planning Manager PCM for programmes to Manager of Project Controls to his current role of Technical Director of Project Controls for the Europe and Africa region.
