Current Duties and Responsibilities:
I worked in the capacity of coordination and project planning engineer. The project was about the construction of a Two Story Hyperstar (Carrefour) Hypermarket, in Lahore. The project cost was about 15 MLN US$. My main tasks included:
· making a schedule,
· managing costs,
· controlling schedule and costs
Duties include ensuring that work is progressed as scheduled by identifying trends for management attention and by taking early prevention measures; reviewing the strategy of work submitted by the construction team of the various sections and adjusting the schedule to suit work constraints and open fronted areas; monitoring and reviewing the periodically project updated schedule; site coordinating between various trades and coordinating schedule variances; identifying delay and slippage, and providing recommendations for performance improvement and/or corrective

Contracted as Loop Check Co-ordinator on Petrovietnam's Dung Quat Refinery project. Implemented processes for the management of Project Issues and Actions using a web-based database tool. Role as Loop Check Co-ordinator involved liaison between management teams of 5 zones in Project site. Implemented a deliverables tracking system for Loops, Devices, Plant Systems and Plant Areas.
