Telstra NBN Proposal Manager

• The National Broadband Network (Fibre To The Node Solution) was a project to introduce high speed internet to all Austalians.  It was reported at the time as being a $20BN+ network construction.  The Australian Governments final solution is reported as $34BN+.
• Managing the development of a fully costed response to a Government RFP for the $5+BN NBN Proposal. 
• Over 400 people performing roles on the Proposal

Director Telstra Data Warehouse Program

• Total accountability to Business Managers for the delivery of the $103M Data Warehouse Program of Projects.  Direct staff 28, contractor staff 80, 129 projects.
• Turned a 13 month late program around to 9 weeks ahead of schedule, $1.018M under cost, and with substantially increased customer satisfaction and risk profile. Worked with business to classify an additional $67M per annum of revenue or cost savings from changes to program.  Improved the overall business case for program.

Advantra (A Joint Ventrure between Telstra & IBM) was a company that pursued the outsourced Desktop & Network environment for companies.

-        Responsibility for all aspects of planning, bidding and sales for $500M project to replace Defence’s HF communications.

·          Engaged on contract to set up the operational and functional processes for the Joint Venture of International Oil & Gas operators on $100 billion rehabilitation and production project in Iraq across Infrastructure,  Brownfield, Greenfield and Operational departments.

• Overview, monitoring, updating, reporting & manage the projects
• Planning on the project execution including, layout, zoning, construction methadology, sequencency and etc
• Reporting & highlights to top managemant on the risk assesment 

I Worked as Contract Manager with Impresa SpA (Italian General Construction Company) for their Road Construction Project in Kazakhstan.

I was responsible for Management of Contractual aspects of the Project with client and sub-contractors, Variations, Claims, Extension of Time, representing the company in front of the Dispute Board.

Form of contract used was FIDIC-MDB Harmonized Edition-2006

Has over fifteen years’ project and contract management, four year’s operations management and now regional director experience. He has delivered a wide portfolio of building, engineering and IT projects with values up to £140m, including power infrastructure, gas distribution and transmission, along with the delivery of new build office, hotel and retail accommodation. Kenny has a strong proven track record in all aspects of the project management life cycle, enhanced by an MSc in Project Management.
