- Prepare project time schedule for subdivision development for low cost & middle cost housing project.
- Supervise group of AutoCAD operators in preparing subdivision development plan and residential building plan.
- Estimate and prepare bill of materials for residential and subdivision development.
Responsibilities: Planning, procurement, cost, schedule, safety and quality management of road works and bridgeworks on a variety of projects in North and South Wales.
Site/Section Engineer with Amey Construction. Worked on various highways contracts up to a value of £30m. Also worked on various MoD contracts (runway resurfacing, bulk fuel installations) and sea defence works.

Responsibilities:
Assistant Resident Engineer, reporting to the Resident Engineer, responsible for the construction of a Mineral Crushing Plant in Wuchow, China. Responsible for all incoming equipment and materials and trans shipment from UK via Hong Kong.
Project Manager on Design and Construction of Higher Education and Health care projects, and then Manager of Project Management Systems. Over nearly 14 years worked as Field Representative through levels of Project Manager and Controls; of Schedule and Cost Forecasting on all projects. Manged all phases ftom Master plan through consultant selection anf management of full Design and Construction Phases. Managed 5 City University of New York projects and 4 NYC Health and Hospital projects.
Managed the Contractor's P3 and Expedition systems as well as interface to Prolog-Web. Supervised all members and functions of the project management and field team as well as Esimating group and bid preparation. Provided Executive oversight for all projects, developed and ran monthly financial projections and reports, and ran all project financials through Expedition. Iimplemented Timberline Accounting for the company. Developed and presented project schedules and served as Master Scheduler on IMS for Hospital project.
