Total Management Consultancy Projects Management & Feasibility is a Kuwait private company working in the field of the planning and controlling management of the construction projects.

I am in charge of Project Controls activities of a Detailed Engineering Group/Arm of one of World's biggest Refineries in Jamnagar , India.

Having been sponsored by AMEC Plc through university I joined their Graduate trainee program, working through head office planning and estimating departments, then site managers assisatnt and site planning within 18 month becoming the senior planner on site for the £50m development I was working on.

procedures; consulting of the supervisors related to Quality en Quantity.
