This included bringing a new corporate cost system (McCosker) on line, establishing procedures and modifying systems to support project control. This project was unique in that that the project was set up as a profit center, and the McCosker system was initiated on this project 18 months before the company changed over to the new system. Additionally, I wasv responsible for the coordination between Construction and Engineering for the Exxon Baytown “BRUP” Project and the front end planning for various resource recovery facilities throughout the US, either in the proposal, permitting or execution phases
