Role and duties relating to claims and delays
• Review and monitor early warning notifications for cost and delay.
• Compare approved baseline programme with look-a-head and other short term programmes to monitor progress and potential delays.
• Maintain log of delays and update monthly.
• Review submitted notices of Delay and respond to Contractor.
• Carry out merit assessment of submitted delay claims (interim and final particulars) and check for compliance with the Contract in conjunction with Contracts Manager.
