Preparation of Extension of time claims.

CHIEF PLANNER. More than 22 years of construction work experience in Hong Kong, Macau, China, Philippines and Carribean. Had been involved in mostly large-scale infrastructure projects. Areas of focus include project-planning, scheduling & control, development of the comprehensive program/project management plan, earned value management and risk management. Extensive work experienced in Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Projects (i.e.

With over 25years experience in The Heavy Civils & Construction Industry. I have had the benefit of working on some of the very best projects both in the UK and overseas. Starting as a Site Engineer and progressively working up to Project Director I have gained extensive expierence of all aspects of Project Delivery at the highest level having worked on major Highway, Bridges, Rail and Water schemes.

During Tender Stage:

• Establish programme strategies/method of construction
• Prepare & analyze tender programme.
• Estimate man power and plant & machinery requirements
• Estimate formwork / scaffolding requirement
• Participate in final settlement meetings to put together a competitive tender

During Construction Stage:

• Manage a team of 5 Planning Engineers and 5 Performance Measuring Engineers

Began draftiing CPM networks by hand, entering them onto data cards for running the various reports at an IBM mainframe computer facility. Graduated to developing my own schedules by turning the drawings, reading the specifications and making preliminary schedules for sub and genreral contract review. By the late 80's I was ready for a different schedule development model.
