Working as a Client Side Senior Planner, Part of a Project Management Divison managing Inhouse Projects (Healthcare)

Responsible for monitoring all the inhouse and Joint venture projects and ensuring their delivery on time.

Analysis of Baseline Schedule submitted by Contractors, monitoring periodic performance based on approved plan, communicating project status to all the stake holders.

Analysis of Progress reports send by Main Contractor and Consultants

Analysis of claims for time extension.

As Senior Project Controls Engineer, I was involved with K&A’s Business Operations (Gulf) – Projects Control department since May 2016 till July 2018 where I was responsible for;

Delay Claims Consultant , EOTS, Expert Witness, Master Programs, Resources , Costs

Completed my Civil Engineering in 2011, and got lucky enough to work as a junior planner in a Claims project worth (350 million AED) my specific duties were

- assist the senior planner in critical path analysis

- responsible to create disruption events

- creating utility and window analysis to help the Contractor in mini Global Claims

- attended the International Arbitration Course and applied for Associate membership for CIArb result expected in June 2013.

Lead Planning Engineer

Preparation of EPC Schedule, definition of critical path. Set-up of progress measurement system and schedule follow-up. Preparation of delay and performance analysis and assistance to project manager on recovery actions.

I am a project planner on various civil and building projects. I work as a freelance consultant for a number of major Civil  contractors primarily in Melbourne, Australia, though have also worked across Australia, New Zealand and India.

My skills include planning complex projects and assessing EOT claims/disputes. 

My chief objective is to work closely with the delivery team and ensure that the program is relevant and understood.
