-Preparing post and pre tender projects baseline including Work Break Down Structure, estimating time duration and allocating resouces.

-Monitoring and updating work progress using Earned Value Management system, suggesting for corrective actions when needed.

-Preparing various resouces S-curves and comparing actual verses planned.

-Get involved in Claims and Change Management during project Life Cycle.

-Using relevant softwares, P3, P6, Sure Track, Primavera Contract Manager and MicroSoft Office Package.

1.) Assists in the preparation of Project Execution Schedule including resource allocation based on project contractual requirement.
