1. Overall responsibility of Planning – Viaduct in co-ordination with the Stations team
2. Schedule preparation, monitoring progress and updating schedule (Initial schedule with MSP and subsequently working on P6 package).
3. CPM Programme for Viaduct Project.
4. Updating the Baseline Programme & Recovery Programmes.
Program Controls Engineer responsible:
o Developing client criteria, requirements, and specifications for schedule development and maintenance.
o Supervising contractors' project schedule development in Primavera P6 and MS Project 2003 – 2007 for the client.
o Managing Baseline Schedule reviews and rendering to meet client requirements.
